This product is great and does exactly what it’s meant to do. If I would eat a not so healthy meal, I would take this about an hour after and I would avoid feeling bloated or groggy. The flavor is pretty good as well.
This is a “must have” product for your wellness basket! We keep this product on hand (and I even carry a few in my purse for those dining out experiences that may leave your tummy rumbling with no explanation).
