While reading up on creatine I discovered it helps hydrate muscles. I work out often but have always felt my muscles needed push/help with recovery. Since taking this after my workouts, I have noticed a huge difference in my strength while in the midst of exercise! Also the flavor is good raspberry flavor and has a slighty thick texture , love the great packaging for on the go.
