I simply put this into my coffee every morning. Quick and easy way to get these minerals in without any disruption to the taste of my coffee.

I wanted to try this for maintained focus and energy throughout my day. Although I do wish the container were bigger, this stuff is great. I noticed a difference right away and have read some about taking a break from the shilajit for a few days after taking consistently for awhile. I will continue to look into that and can say the quality is good. I do recommend to others and enjoy that cymbiotika does have sales and repeat ordering to help offset cost.
