I am loving this product. I was having a hard time sleeping (getting to sleep and staying asleep) and I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and it is definitely becoming a staple in my routine from this point forward. I take it about 30 minutes before bed, as instructed, and feel sleepy enough to fall asleep at that point. Mind you, I also have been staying off my phone in bed, etc. I definitely feel a difference in taking this and it also tastes super yummy!

I've tried a large swath of products to try and get better sleep and this is the first to truly work. It has a lot of different ingredients which I don't love (better to figure out which one or two work for you and then use those rather than a kitchen sink approach), but you can't argue with great sleep and a silver bullet that works. As usual, Cymbiotika is my go to for supplements because of products like this.
