I love taking liposomal vitamin C every morning. It is a little on the sweet side, so I recommend not refrigerating it, which makes it a little sweeter. I have been taking this for three months now and have only gotten sick once & symptoms were much milder than normal. I believe it's because of the vitamin C.
My Fiance and I really like this vitamin C! It tastes good and mixes well. Easy to travel with too.
