These greens are just what I need especially when travl
So I’m surprised I don’t see the following benefit listed more in all these reviews ….but this stuff keeps your bowel movements daily, regular and perfect! It’s really quite incredible. My review may be TMI for some but aren’t we all reading reviews to know what specifically improved for people? Ha! Also, I’ve noticed an elevation of my mood as well.
Another interesting side note is that on my last blood panel, my DO said “your liver enzymes are good, like REALLY good” At the time of that draw, absolutely nothing else in my daily routine had changed other than I had been consistently taking the Greens.
I usually add mine to ice water sometimes alone, sometimes mixed with the Cymbiotika Vita C and Glutathione, plus some silica drops (from Eidon Ionic Minerals). The combo tastes so good.
Only con is of course the price. It’s no secret, Cymbiotika is expensive. So I can’t get all my supplements from them but there are a few I will always get like the Greens (and vita c and glutathione) It’s that good. I also feel like they’re marketing at times lacks diversity, and seems a little 1 dimensional and out of touch showing only the most perfect and beautiful people. I get it, it’s an appealing marketing tactic in the wellness space. Hoping they get a little more “real” in the future. But I do still love the products. X
